Premier Cru "Les Seilles d’Or"

Premier Cru "Les Seilles d’Or"

from 310.00

This Champagne is the gem of the domain. A blend of multiple vintages, the meet-cute between the Pinot Noir and the Chardonnay in the bottle gives a rounded freshness that is unbeatable.

“THIS IS CHAMPAGNE ONE SHOULD PAIR WITH A MEAL! WE CAN TASTE THE HARD WORK OF THE WINEMAKER IN THIS WINE. THE NOSE IS COMPLEX, AND ON THE PALATE IT IS AN EXPLOSION OF AROMAS: STONE FRUITS, ALMOST JAMMY, WITH A NOTE OF QUINCE. THIS IS A CHAMPAGNE THAT LINGERS.”

Fabien Vullion, Head Sommelier at Restaurant Antoine (1 Michelin star)

Guillaume Le Jeune.jpg

Meet the winemaker!

The vine is this family’s passion. Guillaume Lejeune took over the exploitation from his father Jean after having studied in Beaune in a domain near the region of Mercurey. Guillaume brought a little of Burgundy with him to Champagne, and his wines show the influence of these two wine regions.
