Tasting Advice

It goes best with Crottin de Chavignol, a typical cheese from this region

This wine is made for you if...

You like to open a bottle of fleshy wine, typical from the Loire, for a dinner. You can enjoy this immediately upon buying. However, set a couple bottles aside in the cellar and be dazzled by its evolution.

Meet the winemaker!

In Verdigny, just below Sancerre, the Girard brothers continue the activity of the family vineyard with their father Michel. From the modern fermenting room, you can admire the vines growing on both sides. The different types of soil are represented in the 20 hectares of the vineyard. They are vinified separately, before being blended. They give the Sauvignon Blanc its fruit and its minerality.
